Yes. It's not only the South that will rise again. It's the other South. And here's one about India's Infosys recruiting British graduates:
<a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7035297.stm" rel="nofollow">http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7035297.stm</a>

Soon some will be more worried about brain-drain to India than outsourcing. Those folks on the other end of the phone really will be Americans, just living it up in Bangalore.

Tata is, by the way, a very old company with, er, 'roots' in the colonial era itself. So the historical complexity of the situation is fascinating: there never is a clear colonized/colonizer distinction, despite our efforts to create 'uses' and 'thems'.

Flamingo is our home casino too, even though we never play there (and we definitely don't eat there). It's such a great location, though, so you can always wander to something more interesting nearby.

I could live at Wynn too, if only I could afford it. What a great offer.

Mmmmmm... pork-based lard.

She didn't perform "I Go To Sleep" when we saw her at World Cafe Live in NOV... Was kinda disappointed. You can see her singing it on one of her "Morning Becomes Eclectic" appearances on kcrw.org (forget which one)...

Really sorry I missed seeing her when she toured with The Bird and The Bee -- would've been such a prime combo! :)

Yep, "Little Black Sandals" and "Electric Bird," but I've also been in love with "I Go to Sleep" since "Lady Croissant," so I'd have thrown that one in. I think the live version may be better though.

What other Sia songs might you've chosen? "Little Black Sandals" ruled my life for about 4mo, then was replaced by "Electric Bird." I'm hoping for some decent remixes of either one, since all the ones I've heard for "Day Too Soon" and "Girl You Lost" were fairly horrible. :P

In case you missed it, here's the link to "The Unbearable Inanity of Tim Russert," a must-read, spot-on piece that really takes that whore to task.
